Aunir Home Page

Stuff has designed a new website for leading near infrared reflectance (NIR) spectroscopy company, Aunir www.aunir.co.uk

The distinctive yellow-and-black site reflects the company’s new corporate identity and follows on from other recent projects, including exhibition stands and corporate giveaways.

As well as news, company information, a private area for clients and details of its suppliers worldwide, the new site provides details of Aunir’s range of software solutions for NIR. The site was built by Techdept www.techdept.co.uk

Chris Piotrowski, Director, Aunir, says:

“We are delighted with the contemporary look and feel of our new website. It clearly positions us as a leading developer and supplier of NIR software – and explains the different ways our solutions can ‘make light work’ to test the nutritional, chemical and physical composition of ingredients and products.”

It’s Better By Bike

March 21st, 2011

Stuff has created an advertising campaign to encourage people to swap their cars for pedal power.

Commissioned by the University of West of England, as part of the region’s Cycling City project, the campaign aims to communicate cycling as an attractive way of getting about.

“The research undertaken by UWE showed that people were most interested in the sense of freedom cycling gave them. Riding a bike makes people think back to their childhood and this allowed us to concentrate on the more positive and fun aspects of cycling.” explained Stuff Creative Director, Richard Spruce.

“Everyone knows that cycling is good for you and more environmentally friendly. We’re not expecting people to give up their cars completely but we wanted to show the enjoyment you get from cycling.”

The work will run on buses, adshels, door drops and in the regional press.

Miss Millie’s campaign goes live

October 13th, 2010

Bristol based Stuff Advertising has launched a new outdoor campaign for local fast food chain Miss Millie’s, including 48 sheets, 6 sheets and Kiosks. It will be the first time Miss Millie’s has ever advertised outdoors.

Stuff Advertising was appointed to handle all of the marketing communications for Miss Millie’s, following a competitive pitch earlier this year. As well as the outdoor campaign, the agency is also responsible for brand development, direct marketing and in-store POS.

The agency has given the brand a new look and feel by introducing Miss Millie as a character along with the strapline “Make It A Millie’s”. The campaign focuses on the quality of the product, the great value for money and the heritage of the brand.

The new campaign will be backed up with in-store posters, radio advertising and the launch of a brand new website.

Richard Spruce, Creative Director of Stuff, said: “We are absolutely delighted to be working with Miss Millie’s. It is a brand with real heritage and we will be helping them strengthen their market presence to become the number one choice for high quality fried chicken in this area.”

Miss Millie’s is a family business based in Bristol and has been serving freshly prepared chicken for over 35 years at their 10 branches across Bristol, Weston-Super-Mare and Cardiff. They enjoy a great relationship with the local community and each store ensures it puts ‘something back’ into the neighbourhood where it is located.

Kate Ostrowski, Marketing Director for Miss Millie’s, said: “We were really impressed with Stuff’s approach. They showed a real understanding of the market, a passion for the brand and some really strong creative ideas that we are all very excited about seeing come to life.”

Stuff get in tune with Altec Lansing

September 27th, 2010

We are delighted to announce that Stuff is now working with audio giant, Altec Lansing.

Altec Lansing has been at the forefront of audio innovation for over 70 years. Their speakers were used at Woodstock and Abbey Road studios and they also created the original desktop PC speakers as well as the first audio dock for iPod.

Our work with them covers a wide range of marketing solutions and to date we have created a series of consumer ads, sales leaflets, exhibition panels and Email invitations. All of which have been extremely well received both here and in the US.

It’s a real pleasure to be working with such an exciting and innovative brand and we are looking forward to helping everyone ‘hear what’s next.’

Planes, Trains and Automobiles – a Frankfurt Musikmesse report

March 26th, 2010

Despite a smashed iPhone, 2 nearly-missed flights, a lost wallet, and a broken down car, the Blackstar stand at Frankfurt Musikmesse looked brilliant.

The place itself is huge and overwhelming. The stand was right opposite Marshall and next to ESP guitars and really stood out in it’s gloss white appearance and angled layout.
The graphics looked absolutely superb and the client’s products really stood out in the environment.

Let’s hope we can do the same again next year, but without the smashed iPhone, 2 nearly-missed flights, lost wallet, and broken down car…
